A single panel will give me enough juice to run my laptop, charge my phone, have interior lights and a fan on.

I did a scale model based on measurements taken from the type of minivan I plan on getting - the scale is one inch equals one foot. The design I came up with gives me a six and a half foot by 4 foot bed if I want it, while condensing down to basically a bench and counter, with a 6'6" x 1'6" x 1'3" storage space on one side and a 4'x1'x1'3" storage on the other.

I’m traveling a route from Seattle to San Diego, visiting redwoods, beaches, warehouse communities, street fairs, deserts, amusement parks, monuments, zoos, and hot springs. Along the way, I will be visiting all the people I know - painters, activists, singers, sculptors, DJs, writers, chefs, musicians, circus performers, crafters, bartenders and voice-over artists.
