Let me tell you about a plant I fear and respect: Privet, the Dark Green Handmaiden of Mother Nature.

Badger is an Alaskan Klee Kai. This breed shares a lot of genes with Siberian Huskies, but are much smaller. Badger is larger than most Klee Kais - he’s about knee height, and weighs 30lbs. He is a wonderful dog and loves adventures.

Let’s talk about dogs. Specifically let’s talk about how super cute half-and-halfs keep cropping up as fad breeds. These dogs are often bred for a combination of adorable cuteness and profit, without a lot of thought about what makes a dog a good fit for most owners, or our responsibilities as the beings that control the genetic lines of these wonderful creatures.
