Burn Art

Collaboration between myself and Kaitlin Burn of Burn Art, coming soon!

Burn and I are both insanely busy, but we want to do a collaboration project. In addition to a wide variety of crafted items and other art, she does these wonderful paintings full of fiery colors and honeycomb patterns. I’m going to try to do some figurine overlays on a painting she prepares for the purpose. Here is an early practice piece I’ve done in preperation

Now I just have to start working with a color palate and trying to find a nice metallic paint. I’m modeling the finished piece off orchid bees, and here are some pictures of these amazing creatures
